Also, finally. Fuckers

that can't be right......

I’m trying to think of things that America can be proud of in 2022. All I got is Nasa, Tesla and SpaceX. What else?

If anybody has been paying attention to what's happening with John Deere and the shitshow that has been property repair, this only makes sense. I could see not wanting Cletus to turn wrenches on your Tesla, but maybe Cletus is the most qualified in the area? And Cletus will do it for a case of beer and a bump of coke.

This is kinda crazy. Skyline runs the ridge of the west hills and is all $1M+ homes.

it's starting?

Following their arrests, the court documents said the pair were separated by officers and when questioned about why they entered the home, Mazzi said that “it looked like they had nice stuff,”

Thats PUREX, not B reactor. Yeah yeah its all the same... B reactor is "safe" anyways. I know lots of people who worked/work on the Hanford reservation. Its such a massive site. My buddies dad used to drive semi truck hot loads into giant pits, park the trucks, and walk away. All that stuff and more is bured out there!

I'm gonna be signing up for one of these asap!
It's been quite a few years, but yeah. It's a pretty cool tour, do it if you can, they fill up quick.

Trigger warning @kidwoo

Exactly. The world’s great cuisines are mash-ups of areas well travelled (and traded) by many, many diverse people and their flavors and traditions. Thai is a classic example of centuries of ‘fusion’, to use a cliché.
Some that we think of as classic are still mutating. Italian food, for example, owes a lot to South America, with the introduction of the tomato, potato (gnocchi), and the chili pepper.

I use the term exclusively to make fun of the tourists who chase the concept. And then argue with one another over it back home to determine who had the better trip or who posesses the most local knowledge....because its always a contest

I mean....y'all know that right? Right?

"Authentic" can also be a double edged sword. For example, a whole, whole lot of cheap Mexican joints (even in Mexico!) use the same Doña María Mole, straight out of the damn jar. So a generation of customers think this is what Mole tastes like, because the divey joint sure screams 'Authentic'. Same goes for Thai restaurants and ubiquitous Mae Ploy Curry paste.
It's just way more labor intensive to make from scratch.

come on man, don't start this shit again

It's nothing more but nazis in training seeing what they can get away with to start a much bigger culture war with marginalized demographics. Trans people are always the first targets. Were you concerned with women's cycling race results an hour ago? Cuz some of them bitches are doped to the gills.

national fucking review? That's where fox news gets ideas from.

Heh

https://www.vice.com/en/article/jg5x...from-libraries

A Utah parent has filed a request to ban God’s most popular blog, the Bible, from schools, citing and ridiculing a law passed last year that removed dozens of books from schools and libraries last year. “Get this PORN out of our schools!” they wrote in their request for the removal of the book.

In 2022, Utah passed a law banning books with “pornographic or indecent” content. The initial list of banned books included many titles that feature coming-of-age stories that also deal with themes of sexuality and gender, including Judy Blume’s Forever..., Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe, and Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult.

By those standards, the parent—whose personal information was redacted by the Davis School District for privacy reasons—is arguing that the Bible should be on the list.

“Incest, onanism, bestiality, prostitution, genital mutilation, fellatio, dildos, rape, and even infanticide,” the parent wrote in their request, according to the Salt Lake Tribune, which obtained a copy of the request. “You’ll no doubt find that the Bible, under Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-1227, has ‘no serious values for minors’ because it’s pornographic by our new definition.”
