interesting tidbit i just saw - there have been just over 860 arrests to date stemming from J6.
of those arrests, at least 306 of them plead guilty. so no trial.
of the cases that have gone to trial so far, about (not sure on the exact #, trying to find it), there were only 2 acquittals (bench trials for misdemeanor cases), the rest have been found guilty (this includes former LEO and i think a few military vets).
also trying to find out how many of the people that have plead guilty so far have flipped and are cooperating witnesses in other cases.
