Throw it in the trash. You and I both know that all the tops spots don't use Frank's or the "Buffalo Sauce".What do you do with the wing sauce? I got 2 bottles in my Costco membership bag.

What air fryer do you have? Mine lacks such a turbo setting.Three fiddy for 17-20 min depending on wing size, another 3-4 at the 450 super duper air fry jet engine afterburner setting. Sauce or rub of choice served with Bar Bill tavern blue cheese.
How I believe Wings are actually made in Pittsburgh. Hrmmm.I have also had excellent results with the air fryer, just as good as actually deep frying them. It seems that I’ve neglected to document my results with any photographs.
Here are some that I grilled, basted with a secret family recipe of oil, vinegar, poultry seasoning, seasoned salt and herbs.

Schwabl's is also very good. I just don't go to West Seneca much. Charlies is a family tradition. We always go to the one in Williamsville+1 on the wings at Bar Bill. I'm a top shlefer with my mug now That is 20+ years of being a frequent flyer to earn that spot.
Charlie's beef? Da fuq? It's good but not the best. Hell you can get it at the gas station.
Ever been to Schwabl's?
I can get Charlies at the local Tops. Cohens Onion rolls and Rollers horseradish too. Its the Juice I can't get. It is the difference in my opinion. The Salt on a Kimmelwick roll is off limits to me. So I go with the onion roll.Big John at John and Marys in Depew. Easy on and off the thruway.
Does every "Chinese" place have wings or is this just a Toronto thing?Salt and Pepper wings at the Chinese place. Came with spicy Khong fried rice some kind of fried shriveled up things and a Soda $6.

They aren't bad from some spots, usually super crispy with no breading and the most basic of salt/lemon/pepper seasoning.

Hostess are the best. Only in Canada however. Utz are good too. Sunrise Market on Williams and Michigan has them usually. Jeffersons on Genesee are a good back up. Ricks 2 for a good cheesesteak is also on Genesee.Where do you get them here? Wegmans ketchup are not canadian ketchup chips.
It's OK. Lais on the Canadian side of the Falls is the best Chinese in the Buffalo area. Honey Garlic wings and spicy Cantonese dishes. LeChinois in Hamilton is your next bet after that.I hear Ming Teh in Fort Erie is good?
