I don't know what happened to the stosh graphic. If someone posts it here I'll add it back.

Speed? Seems plenty fast to me. Anyone else?

I'll be looking into these issues. I think the problem is that the underlying code is a lot more complex (html and javascript), so it takes the browser longer to markup the page. I think the transfer times are the same. What computer are you using?

Takes a long time for me too. I used to think the servers were nice and fast before the changes (faster than mtbr. ;) ) but now they're 2x slower than mtbr.

Signifigant drop. I pinged and got a better speed than any other site I visit but the pages (even on my fibre) are loading really slow compared to the old site and other sites.

The pages now lag the snot out of my browser on my slower (900mhz) desktop at home. It's better on my 2.0ghz laptop, but still noticably slower.

It's pretty good on my brand new 3ghz Compaq desktop at work, but again, still noticably slower than it used to be. The browser says the page is finished downloading, and it takes a couple seconds (or more at home) before it actually finishes processing and displays it.

Right now I am on my personal PC, its an XP Pro box with IE, I tested it with FireFox, and Mozilla also with the same results. When watching the status of the page the page loads then the ads load but from the "done" point to where it actually displays is where a considerable lag is

and Freak... haha at least I aint movin to neeh jowsy (damn I can't write it as well as it sounds in my head!)

NOTHING is as slow as mtbr. :oink:. Pages here do tend to load a bit slower, but (for me) its really not that noticable.

my only bitch is that once you post to a thread it takes you to a screen where you have to use a pull down menu to get back to the forum you were just in. Is that the way the new formats are supposed to be? Is there some setting I'm overlooking in order to return me to the forum I was in before I posted? :help: :help:

Seems to lag just a bit more than usual. Could just be my connection too... I have several propl connected to my T1 and I'm not sure how many of them are downloading porn or working right now

Here is a quick screen capture of me refreshing this page, 10 seconds long, about 8-9 seconds of which is it loading, take out a second or even two for me hitting the refresh button

Oh and running a bandwidth test I am getting 1.3 megabits per second

Did you try the link to the test board I posted above?
