I've TOTALLY seen that happen. My offseason weight training starts in November and by the time the New Year rolls around you get every newbie in the WORLD at the gym on the treadmills. I've had some great laughs.
Right. I've seen stuff like this too (gotta love the laughs you get from the "3-monthies"), but why does it look like her feet are yanked upward at the end?

cuz the speed of the treadmill is forcing the main body weight of her torso back, and her feet are lighter than her upper body. she's basically doing a backwards body wheelie
