Don't get me started on state and city slogans.... Seattle's new one is "Metronatural".....the city paid an agency a cool quarter mil to come up with that gem.... The state paid 300K (something around there...) for the slogan "Say Wa?".... Yeah, we gots us some real bright folk 'round these partz....
i think if you read the article it states that the city has more persons who are willing to divulge their homosexuality in a government survey. It shouldn't take much "fudging" (hehe) of numbers to suspect that Montreal increased by one last year, in homo's that refrain from divulging sexual orientation.:biggrin:
