The year is 2011. President Obama has just outlawed the private ownership of firearms, announced that the Constitution has been dissolved and revealed that the United States is going to be replaced by the North American Union, an amalgamation of the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Revolution breaks out. Your part in this is to help capture Obama and the renegade Cong (former Congressional leaders).

War game imagines Obama on the run // Current

This is awesome. It's a good thing most online gamers tend to be well grounded in reality with extremely healthy social lives.

I can't believe these guys are against a "North American Union". Maybe if it were described as "we invade those commie bastards to the north for their natural gas reserves, and we conquer them SOBs to the south for their oil reserves and cheap labor" they'd be for it?

It would have to include some kind of program to systematically kill all of those brown people in Mexico though.

Check the game out a little closer.

You literally get to disembowel members of congress.

It's fvckin creepy. Feeding an existing paradigm or not, there's no excuse for poking people already mentally teetering on derangement by giving them visually realistic target practice on people that actually exist.

Do you think they ought to ban Grand Theft Auto because some thug idiot or kid might be influenced by it?

Does anyone in that video hold an elected office or have the exact same name and appearance as someone who does?
No, but plenty of people on South Park do. Who cares? It's fantasy.

I'd like to think we wouldn't stoop to the level of those demanding censorship and always claiming an assault on their values every time something they deem "inappropriate" comes out.

That time I grabbed my wii and took over southpark was rad.

I'm not advocating censorship. I'm advocating having the good taste to not cater to absolute retards. The same ones that own guns, and are looking for an excuse to use them against people elected using the very constitution these mouth breathers claim to hold so dear.

I'm allowed to say it's creepy and in insanely poor taste. Mostly because it increases the likelihood that some dipshlt shoots his neighbor.

That's fine. It's in poor taste and all that, but so is the midget porn I was just looking at, and they can take that when they pry it from my cold, dead, sticky hands.

Does anyone else feel that we are at the point where a massive Russian nuclear strike might be a net gain for the world?

It’s demented and sick minded, but it’s just the way things tend to roll. I’m not surprised by a game like this.

With regard to the respect of human life (Barky, Joe, or the bitch) there’s not much difference between this game and something like an army sponsored socom game and it’s 40,000 -or- 60,000 -or- 80,000 users per night, tweaking till 4am on the virtual images of maimed Arabic enemies with hand-me-down Russian weapons, while we were bombing the fock out of Baghdad and it’s surrounding area.

I’d be interested in knowing who actually created this game.
