Where at that link did it say anything about a boat?
The caption on the webpage said:
Waterfowl fouled: birds glided across the rainbow-hued surface of the bay Thursday as wildlife workers attempted to rescue as many oil-soaked birds as possible while emergency crews blocked off beaches and attempted to contain the growing fuel oil leak from the Cosco Busan. Clearly I'm missing something. Care to point out anywhere in that quote or the web page anything that states boat or ship? No? I didn't think you could.

This just makes the diesel fueled BBQ I had planned in Marin next month that much easier. No more trips to the butcher, I can just throw them on the fire!
