Of course at the bottom you can "fall off the map" and with NYC's real estate trends it's setting records in that regards. Homeless aren't tracked well and aren't considered legal residents but that issue highlights a major problem associated with the rising cost of living as wages remain flat for decades - especially in major cities (US or otherwise).

and as to the second point it is why i don't go out of my way to piss off the guy with the gun....call me unpatriotic....but i like breathing.
