So in my moves, somehow the steer tube clamp assembly from one of my Thomson stems disappeared. I contacted numerous shops regarding a replacement, and no one had a clue how to get one. I eventually contacted the company via FaceBook, and they are sending me one for free. Gratis. No charge. Stuff lasts forever, takes a licking and still looks cool, and great customer service. They have just won a lifetime customer...again.
