frikkin hussfelt pedal inserts came out switching the pedals.... can these by chance go back in and still work? whats the word on the warrentie with these things? dont the new ones have some sort of screw so this doesnt happen? :mumble:

no, just one came out....

well i should be getting the warrentied ones by at mid-week next week.... *waiting*.... this sucks, i can either ride bmx, or not ride at all.
find two pieces of copper and clap the inserts(pedal included) into a vise. Unscrew the pedal with a pedal wrench. Apply locktite to insert upon reinstallation and go ride.
already sent out for warrenty, and they will never have the problem again, or so i hope
what did they change to fix it? I remeber too many times when those dammed things came out.
they put a screw though a tab on the side of the insert so it wont spin
if you wnat to ride, put the pedasl from your b,x bike on your mountain bike, or borrow some cheapy ones

This happened to one arm of my Hussefelts. Solution was simple. Cleaned threads with acetone, and red loctited the insert back in the crank. Came back the next day and the pedal came right off, without the insert hitching a ride.
