honestly, their steel stuff doesn't do it for me. And I don't think steel has much of a market here.

For what it's worth, our dominant road lines: Cannondale, Specialized, Felt, BH, Kuota. Most of the people up here riding steel ride custom.

Don't underestimate the market for people who want an Italian steel bike. Ernesto had to bring his old guy out of retirement, they do about 1,000 frames a year, haven't really changed much, if any, in 20 years...
