After 9 days i finally got my truck back from the shop. It had gone into no start mode with a code for a faulty cam positioning sensor. they replaced it and it started then it didn't. so they dug around deeper into the computer and diagnostics still nothing. The problem was still intermittent. two days ago while checking something else they moved the wiring harness and it started. moved it back no start. Aha moment. wiring harness fault they checked for continuity and yep there is a short. New wiring was ordered and installed. for two days they started the truck and shut down, then started it again over and over again no codes instant start. Picked it up today, no charge. It was covered under their workmanship warranty for when I first had the problem 6 months ago. Mechanic said he should have caught that the first time. Nice to see a stand up auto repair shop
