I had a good board meeting. Helps I have good control of the business. Clean up and expansion going forward.

Good morning and shit. The new dog is smart. When I am upstairs and tell Alexa to turn on the basement lights, the dog runs to the basement door. My office is down there along with a bunch of dog toys. She knows it's time to go to work for both of us.
Speaking of work, this week has been way too busy. I did get out for a five mile jog before sunrise this morning. It was cold and windy. BLAH.

Anyways, at work for an hour. First time that I've come into "my" office at the actual factory in about two weeks. Of course someone left ear plugs and an empty glass on the desk. Friggin' people, just clean up after yourselves, that's all I want.
But enough of that, today is my Friday. Took tomorrow off and also have the work Christmas party/dinner thing tomorrow. I didn't really want to attend, but I'm being a team player. Also free beer, so....

new pogies work pretty OK, except for one moment where I couldn't get my hand back into the condom coming toward a stoplight. I got it sorted though. Hands warm the whole way, which is more than I can say for my feets.

Good morning guys, dealing with the guys at purchasing is a pain in the arse, been requesting PO status to a buyer and he just ignore my emails, even when I copy his supervisor and his supervisor just goes "Please provide status"
Shoulder work @ el Gym progressing well. Seems some tendinitis around the L Bicep was at the onset from just doing PT between riding the past two years. No traditional exercises like the bicep curl in years.
Doing curls on the preacher bench at full extension helps alot with strengthening those tendons.
On a side note - may have cleaned my highest weight set to finish Incline tray leg press this AM. If tray weighs 75lbs, set 4 for 10 full reps (90° closure at the knee) was at 875lb. If 150lb tray - 950. Had not even attempted it in at least years.

I also spent way too much money yesterday, but it's all good. I had to pay Frita's registration and that's $220 ($10 a foot @ 22 feet) on top of all the shower shit I bought. But I managed to do it all for $330 for the water portion. I still need walls, surround, and a curtain. But it's damn close and that's 60% of what the inferior shower kit would have cost me.
Already told my wife to get it together. If we move forward with this, she better not make it a double.

I haven't done much outside of trying to finish the shower. I need to finish the trim and likely do some touch ups before Spring. But she is ready to go as is.
Having to redo the walls and floors put a hitch in it because I had to pull everything out. I'm still not totally happy with the kitchen cabinet, but it works for now.
