Will a 2.5" spring work safely with a 2.75" stroke shock? I was told that a 2.5" and 2.75" Ti spring are very similar in overall length. Any opinions for the same weight (350#)? Thanks.

No they are not compatible. Granted their overall length may be close, they are wound differently. The 2.5" is only designed to be compressed 2.5" not 2.75". Spring manufacturer's generally do allow for a bit of extra stroke beyond the coil's rating but 1/4" is usually pushing it.
Thanks. That's what everyone keeps telling me. I guess I'll continue my search for a 2.75". I don't want to risk any shock damage.
