wet areas = tileMy idea was to replace the dog. She slobbers so much when she drinks that half the water from her bowl splashes onto the floor. Over two years, the floors around her water bowl are starting to look worn. BAD DOG.

Why not put a small rug under her bowl?My idea was to replace the dog. She slobbers so much when she drinks that half the water from her bowl splashes onto the floor. Over two years, the floors around her water bowl are starting to look worn. BAD DOG.
Why?well one thing's for certain - I can't ever post on MTBR again
not if you are a true MTBRWhy?
Is there a rule over there where you have to nut swing from pube to pube on a companies nut sack and never say anything bad?
We tried that but the rug always ends up getting shifted around and water always ends up on the floor anyway. Why not put a small rug under her bowl?
Make her drink out of the damn toilet like a normal dog.We tried that but the rug always ends up getting shifted around and water always ends up on the floor anyway.
Just make her drink out of the toilet. We tried that but the rug always ends up getting shifted around and water always ends up on the floor anyway.
What about a water sucker pet place mat?My idea was to replace the dog. She slobbers so much when she drinks that half the water from her bowl splashes onto the floor. Over two years, the floors around her water bowl are starting to look worn. BAD DOG.
The dish is raised up about 12inches off the floor. She can splash within a 15" radius. we will come up with something but first we need to coat the floor before it gets any worse. What about a water sucker pet place mat?
Gee, ya think?this is unless of course the homer's numbers are wrong.
you need to tile an area for herThe dish is raised up about 12inches off the floor. She can splash within a 15" radius. we will come up with something but first we need to coat the floor before it gets any worse.
she sleeps on the floor in our bedroom - so it's that water dish. Not much we can do except fix it and put down a much larger mat.you need to tile an area for her
you know she doesn't have to drink where she sleeps just because y'all do....she sleeps on the floor in our bedroom - so it's that water dish. Not much we can do except fix it and put down a much larger mat.
maybe we can teach her to drink from a hamster bottle and just put a big bowl under it!
Dude, WAY!what??!!!
no way!!!!1111
LOL - it's more than that, she gets babygated into our bedroom during the day. I don't trust her with our couches - she has a bit of an alpha complex and is a "marker."you know she doesn't have to drink where she sleeps just because y'all do....
You forgot "It's only paint ... geez!"Dude, WAY!

Not a good idea when you are not home. Dogs escape, get taunted by passers by, stolen, bark their stupid heads off etc. If you have a bunch of land it is different but in suburbia, no.all dogs over 2 lbs should live a life of fun OUTDOORS!
haha! There will be no bike purchase until MMcG reads me a list of similar frames to consider from bike companies I've never heard of.
