X-Dance Film Festival this week in SLC. www.x-dance.com.

Sevenvision is screening on Saturday. NWD8 on Sunday. 199 Lives on Monday.

I'll be at 199 Lives and as many surf movies as work schedule allows. : )

Seems strange not a single BMX flick listed on their schedule.

Definitley check out "THE NOW" movie by Rich Van Every. As some of you know, Rich is a good friend to the MTB community. He's a former semi pro racer & expert national dh champ & still rides as much as he can. Although most of his work is in other sports, its' still definitely worth checking out!

"THE NOW is a docudrama that focus’s on the greater value of present
moment awareness, which is not only a moment in time, but a realm
beyond thought.

Leading action sports athletes are the key characters who access this
realm of vast intelligence not only through sport but also in their daily
lives. Through sport, the next generation and beyond can relate with
these athletes who embody present moment awareness.

Supported by the commentary of highly regarded figures along with
the examples of real life scenarios, the elements in the film are provided
as tools to correlate the essence of sport to our daily lives for living life
of purpose in The NOW.

An evolution in human consciousness is accelerating currently that comes
with urgency to shift our effect on the environment and to realize the deeper
connection we have on one another and the planet."

Check out his trailer at THENOWMOVIE.com

& you can keep tabs on Rich on his own site RichVanEvery.com
