For SRAM Xx1 etc, I hope someone kicks you in the balls with steel toed boots. This is not a new observation, but I just had to replace the cable of wifeys bike. Fuck that, removing the shifter and fishing around to ‘find the hole’. Lame.

Probably as stupid as the old X.0 I had back in the day. Decided to never buy high end sram shifters after that.
