i can't quite figure out what exactly went wrong on this one but .....ouch!!

It looks like he probably cased it or the steps were too big to land on good. Man he was probably a little sore the next day.

my guess is he rolled and yaw too much mid-air.

At first i thought it was hand railing but there is none there. The perspective is hard to determine but i'm willing to bet his left pedal hit off the side right before the landing.
