Pre-hiring cannabis screening will be illegal in Washington next year. Never worked anywhere that did testing post hiring date. Well with one exception, only sales people got regular testing when I was in pharma. I assume there was a history of coke parties with clients.

I did pre screen for contract then again after conversion to FTE at 2 different places here. Both had the ability to randomly test once hired, but neither did from what I gathered.
