You'd think he'd be good at the drums.

But there was rocker Tommy Lee, struggling to keep up with 22-year-old University of Nebraska marching band veteran Ben Coleman.

There's a big difference between playing a drumset in a rock band and playing quads on a drumline. I'm not surprised that he sucked at all. That's still pretty cool though....

Nor am I... Marching band dudes are like metrinomes with arms. It goes both ways though, I have a friend that is one of the best snare and quad players in Oklahoma, he plays kit as well... and he's is good but his playing is really... stiff I guess is a good way to describe it.

My sister-in-law made the Carolina Crown ( http://carolinacrown.org/ ) for both snare and vibes. She can play the **** out of both but can't play a drum set to save her life.
