started tonight's dinner prep yesterday...had the baby back ribs all rubbed up (mixture of chile powder (including ancho chile powder), freshly ground sea salt and black pepper, cumin, coriander, a tiny bit of cinnamon, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and some cayenne pepper), and put in a ziploc w/ a splash of white vinegar.
just got done blanching the broccoli rabe, which will be added to the sauteed garlic and portobello mushrooms, and the black beans are slowly simmering.

Haha nice one mate It feels a bit atavistic and primal when ya kids really like something you've cooked for them. Must hark back to the days when dad would return to the cave dragging a wooly mammoth behind him.
