my recent DH trips:

So I was all excited when I got an invite to go to Jiminy peak, so down to the basement to find the SGS-DH, dust off the cobwebs, put the brakes back on and do the 40 minute drive over.

I felt pretty weird at first (too much time riding hardatials & the roadie) but after a few runs I made the adjustment and had a blast!

small lift (big one opens at noon)

bonus, they installed a big fan to keep us cool (tower=253 ft, blades = 123 ft)

in 2 years they've put in more than 2-3 trails...plus some features like kickers and berms.

there's an outside chance i'll be there this weekend, if you want a thorough thrashing of the mountain.

that could be, and JP definitely has fun stuff, but I'm use to the endless # of trails at Platty compared to being able to hit every trail in one day.

ps:this w/e, I'll be up in VT hitting the Kingdom trails
