you can get the same tool kit for less on some of the biking sites. I think I got mine from JensonUSA for $40.

It IS a great kit and seems to have most all the basic stuff. It's a good place to start and a whole lot cheaper than anything from park tools. I'd recommend getting this kit and supplementing 1 tool at a time as you need them.

of a nice storage box. The Allen wrenches ar 50 cents to $1 each at any hardware store, if you don't already have some. The tire levers (if you don't already own some): $3 to $5. A Park chain tool of much better quality: $10. Screwdrivers? Certainly you already have some. Park cone wrenches: $5 each. Pedal wrench: Use an adjustable wrench which you probably also already have, or buy a Lifu for $10, which has a more comfortable handle than the Park, and for home use, any durability difference becomes a moot point. Spoke wrench: those round rings are absolute junk and you should replace it with decent ones anyway. The Park triangle-shaped one is probably $6. Not comfortable, but high quailty.
Cassette tools, BB tools, etc.: Buy 'em when you're gonna need em.

Its hard to judge because I'm not familiar with US prices nor have I seen those tools close up, but it seems awful cheap for all those tools. I'd be suspect of the quality. Nothin' worse than using cheap tools that break and screw up what your working on. Good tools are a lifetime investment or at least until Shimano comes up with a new and improved design rendering the old tools useless, but you know what I'm getting at.
