All of this begs the question.... why have the UN?

They can't decide if there is genocide in the Sudan much less step in and help the people there.... they have been useless as tits on a bore hog in the Middle East, they were inept without the US military in Serbia....

What Im saying is that at least its a place for pointless quibbling to happen. There has to be a place for world leaders to meet regularly. The UN serves that function just fine.

Well the UN is nothing more than the sum of its parts. Unfortunately some key parts are retarded. The UN will only work if the key countries want it to work. You deliberately create a situation where it can't do its job then criticise when it fails. Again bastardry at the highest levels. But why should that surprise anyone.

They US said the UN didn't have good enough zerox machines! took it to the pentagon for zeroxing and cut out, tampered with the text and changed it to their liking...

Nearby doing nothing? You've probably seen the film Lord of War and now know that the real weapon of mass distruction is small arms.

Dude, EVERY country should concentrate on their womens bikini teams. If more countries would put more time, effort and money int o their womens bikini teams we woudn't have these problems.

funny thing is, with a few exceptions you could just replace UN with "current administration" and it'd be just as true. Maybe replace 9, 3 and 1 with:

Invading countries on false pretenses for over 20 years.

We spread democracy (as long as the results are in our favor and the newly elected gov does what we tell it to).

Still serving Freedom Fries (as we're still pissed that France had the audacity to imply that there might not be WMD in Iraq... fvckers)

Black Hawk Down dealt with Somalia NOT Sudan(even though the US military was working in Sudan at the time). So it should have not been noted at the end of the movie that didn't deal with that country.

Not at all. Read in a paper last week that Brazil came in about third place in a suvey about life quality. First was a group of islands close to Fiji.
