I'm thinking about going from a 48mm frontloader stem to a 52mm or a 55mm toploader stem and I'm curious to know what the change will feel like.
I'm 5'10" and with a 21"TT and a layback seatpost, I still feel kind of cramped in.
I'm thinking the extra 4mm-7mm reach and height will help things out, but I'm wondering about the steering and weight distribution.
I'm planning on ordering a Cult Salvation 52mm or S&M Enduro 55mm stem from DansComp. Are they any good? Do they strip easily?
