You can spend the extra coin and get a ratcheting "click" style which are great because they are pretty fool proof (stop when you hear/feel the click).
Or, get the simpler pointer style.
Park makes some decent ones of each, as well as Pedros if you want to go with established bike tool makers. (auto store and other torque wrenches often have too high a minimum range)
Buy one that covers the range of torque you may require for each fastener. (time to look up some values)
Just make sure you set it to minimum torque when you store it or you may mess up the calibration.
Not sure if it would matter to you but some of the 1/4" ones allow you to flip the adaptor to the other side over and that allows you to set the torque on LH threads. Not really needed for a bike but it could come in handy somewhere down the line.
