Torque wrenches

I have a project that wants a recording torque wrench for relatively low torques, so I'm looking for something in 1/4 inch drive, maybe 0-100 in-lb range.

There are a whole pile of wrenches out there in the price range of $500- up, and there are some modestly priced ($40) digital torque adapters such as this that measure when using a breaker bar or ratchet. Has anyone used one of these?

John, did you ever find a torque wrench? I have a 1/4" drive, dial-reading model which is awesome--snap-on made but not branded IIRC that cost like $100 or so. Can get the brand if you're still looking.

Your whole bike should be in abeyance until you get some Times to replace those ghastly SPDs.
