I pay for my stuff and I still have issues with support. Never before have I seen so many people NOT want your business. I have gotton to the point where I don't want a discount because it gives people an excuse to lag getting things to you. Because when you finally have to call and say where is my stuff they can't do the dude we are giving you 10% off and this is how you treat us. So I pay full price and become a dick when shop STILL lag on a stupid helmet order. I loved Rock Shox grassroots program this year. You have to do it thru a local shop, my packet arrived on 1/15/05 and the deadline was 2/01/05. It took me that long to find my local shop owner because he is closed during the winter. The pricing was a joke too. I could get a Boxxer WC for the same exact price as a Fox 40 rc2. Give you one guess which one I ordered. The 40 was the only thing I got a brake on this year...
