I generally buy pre-made frozen mac and cheese whenever I am also buying pre-made frozen PBJ sandwiches and pre-made frozen chips and onion dip.
Ummm.... no.Try it.
I may be a snob, but you, sir, are a fool. You people are snobs. I'd eat that shiznit.
Well, if they could just figure out a way to harvest the burnt cheese, I could do without the rest...I may be a snob, but you, sir, are a fool.
I've not really noticed much increase. In fact, milk and quite a bit of fresh fruit seems to be cheaper, in fact.I'd eat it but I wouldn't spend the money on it. Food is ****ing expensive anymore. God damn corn lobby and their ethanol bull****.
My wife made mac & cheese once that had all sorts of exotic stuff in it, including nutmeg. Best mac & cheese ever. Took every pan in the house to make and she's never gotten over that. The only way to do mac & cheese:
5 cups cooked macaroni
(approx 4 cups uncooked)
5 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the macaroni until done as usual.
Do not overcook it. Drain macaroni in
strainer.
Place macaroni, butter, salt,pepper,
milk, mozarella cheese, and 3 cups of
cheddar cheese in casserole dish. Mix
eggs in a bowl first and then stir into
mixture.
Cover everything with aluminum foil and
cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover and add extra cup of cheddar
cheese across the top. Bake uncovered
for another 15 minutes.
None of the bagged cheese either, you better shred fresh.
oh, I get it now ... you aren't allowed to use the stove.Don't knock it until you try it.
we don't have a stove at work.oh, I get it now ... you aren't allowed to use the stove.
MMMMMM that crunchy cheese is good. I too enjoy the consistency of mac n cheese that has been frozen and reheated. It is just like cafeteria mac n cheese. I cover it with ketchup and destroy it.You people are snobs. I'd eat that shiznit. I love the burnt cheese that gets stuck to the side of the pan. That's the best part.
dark chocolate covered pretzels last less than a day after purchase....At work we have a running list of our favorite Trader Joe's items. I think the spinach dip is always near the top. Though I'm currently addicted to their ginger snaps
Where did you see that?WTF...eggs mixed into macaroni and cheese....abomination!!
Agreed, Annie's is good to have on hand for a quick meal, way better than Kraft.Try Annie's (brand name) Macaroni and Cheese. Really fresh and tasty. I would describe it as orgasmic lol.
