Trail recommendations for Roth woods in PA and Marquette, MI.

Driving through PA tomorrow and want to ride. You all said Roth woods is good. Would anyone be willing to put together a loop or recommendation for trails? I’m a west coast guy so pedaling up the road is best if possible.

Hitting Marquette two days later. I have no idea where to start there.
