I am heading down to Columbia Kentucky to visit some friends and do some riding. I know there are some trails around Lindsey Wilson college, but havent heard the best reports about them :/

We're heading up to Louisville to race at the NBL track at some point, but what else in Kentucky near Columbia or Louisville (or between the 2) are there some decent trails to ride?

There's a park there. I'd go there and ask the locals. good luck.
