Training with Power

I'm an old (45) cat 2 road/track racer that hasn't raced in 15 years. I've been riding, just not racing. Started racing cross this year 'for fun', and that has sparked the old flame for racing again.
I picked up a computrainer and I have been riding that for about a month. This is my first expereince with power meters and I'm really starting to see the potential here.
I'm trying to get a gage of where I stand in regards to other racers as far as Power Threshold.
How many of you train with power?
What kind of power output can you maintain for an extended hard effort (20 minute TT)?
Any tips or suggestions for somebody new to training with power meters?

Training I've done 360w for an hour before. I don't have any power data from cross, but I would really interested to know what my numbers look like (probably a lot of 0 to 650 as we sprint out of corners).
