Thanks guys. Acutally there is nothing sped up at all. The things that look sped up are actually slowed down just a tiny bit. By slowing something down only a tiny bit it gives a false sense that the person is going faster then they really are. That trail at Bromont is jsut damn fast to begin with, and those guys also happen to be fast. Sorry not shots of Fraser eating it, he wasn't with us.

yeah Fraser, just download it yourself you lazy bum... I mean, um, please... How about if DsDhBXracer13 emails Frasier his username and password so he can download it and then host it off of transcend.com, DsDhBxracer13 can change his password tonight and we'll all get to see the video without having to sell our souls to the spam lord.

er, right. it's clear when you slow the video down, but something is screwy with the frame rates in the "normal" sections then, take 0:46-0:51 for example. the motion and zoom of the camcorder are not something i'd associate with a normal human. 1:09 to 1:16 as well.

even some of the "normal" sequences are slowed down. . . bromont's steep and it's certainly not slow

been watching too many north shore downhill trials videos? check out the video of steve peat at worlds this year, so fast it doesn't even look real

Not saying that you guys aren't fast but you guys definitely seemed to be launching the Rock section faster in the video than you were in the Canada Cup. Camera courage maybe?

the video was about 3 weeks later in the season... and unlike the canada cup, it had not rained the night before making the rock section slippery.... it was nice and dry.

and yes camera courage is always a part of filming... unlike a race when you have to be smppth and focus for a whole course, filming is one section, 10 seconds max all out, and then you do it again... and when all you buddies are watching you push eachother to go faster.

we actually ended up seeing who could hit that section no brakes, and there were a few times we were able to work up the nerve to do it (hope brakes make a high pitched noise when you touch them so every one knows if you hit them or not)... most of the time you would here them just at the last minute as we went over the drop, almost as a habit more than actually trying to slow down.

that was the most fun i have ever had filming, and did not get to see any of the footage until just now though.... awsome job jade, thanks for doing this for us

.... and once again, it is not sped up. almost every section is slowed down... maybe that is why the few sections shown at full speed apear to be so fast. they sort of catch you off guard i think.... watch the suspension and pedaling, and body english... it is all right

Put this short clip together for the Transcend guys in hopes it may help out a little bit with sponsorship or something. This is the only place I know to host it so sign up, watch it, and leave me some feed back. Thanks. Fixed.
