Hmmm well I was on the transition website and came across these..

First time ever seeing anything like this lol. I have been out of the loop for a while but been riding again since november and would have thought to have heard about this. ANYWAY does anybody use these? It talks about other ways of doing this on the description for this, do you guys use stuff to keep your cranks from spinning with no foot tricks?
I always just thought you were careful when taking your feet off lol

What a joke... Buy some rubber pipe hose @ hardware store for 50 cents and you're dialed

wont that only work with 3 piece style cranks? the overtightening i mean

If you are using them on a single speed jump bike like whats shown on the website you can control the amount of free spin using chain tension...
