Was talking things over with my mechanic today, and it appears that my much beloved 2004 Epic is on its way to the dumpster. 5000 hard dropping, fast riding miles under a fat kid in several places has really put a hurt on the poor frame.
So what do you think of replacing the frame with a Preston FR? I just like the look of Preston's current line up.
Or does anyone have a suggestion? I like the Epic because its a 4" bike that I can ride like a XC bike due to weight and geometry, but can do moderate drops and launches like a rock star. it fits the need for everything that my Nomad and Demo don't, so if you have an idea, give it a rip.
