On Saturday January 8th, all are welcome to the peoples contest. The makers of LBR and the new 2-6 stallions are hosting a jump jam in Pine Valley Ca. (east of San Diego) Take I-8 east to the Pine Valley ext and follow the signs we will have posted. top pros attending will be, Chris Powell, Kyle Strait, Cameron Zink, Kirt Vories, and the one and only SVEN MARTIN!!!! Everyone who can the terrain is allowed to. Bring a friend, tell a friend, come one come all. Prizes, beer, and chicks all at the bike binge. coverage will be in decline magazine, beer provided by stone brewing co. we're just hoping sven shows up because he is my hero, even though he is foriegn and no one can understand a damn thing he says. We forgot to mention sanjay will be there so all u groupies come on down.

As it stands right now we're still gonna give'r on saturday, we're working hard to keep the jumps in good condition.

How good are these jumps? Steep and deep, lippy and long? Basically, is it worth a five hour drive? I've never heard of those jumps, or really of anything to ride in San Diego. Thanks.

I'm not sure about needing chains past willow, that's only about 2,000 ft, believe it or not we're not getting any snow in Alpine. I thought it was just chains on sunrise highway, I'd expect chains past Japtul Rd if anywhere before sunrise highway. I'm sure the highway will be clear by saturday unless we get more rain.

My prediction for SX this weekend:

1) Reed
2) RC
3) Pastrana
4) Bubba
5) KW

I would like to see MC bust out a win. I will be cheering for him. The guy that does my suspension on my MX bike was at the Suzuki track last week. The Suzuki track overlooks the Honda track. He said MC was looking fast.

Pastrami and MC could easily lead the race..for 3 laps.Them boyz aint gonna make it 20 laps.I'd love to be proven wrong on this one!
