Has anyone ordered anything from this shop? I ordered a DHX air 16 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Communication from them is shoddy. I'm very close to cancelling my order with them, but I thought I'd just check here first to see if anybody knows any better. Should I really expect to wait that long for a shock? Should I really have to email and call multiple times in order to get a response?

Does anyone know of a better shop?

Really? Good to know you had better luck with them than I did. Me and several friends had horrible experiences with Universal. Granted, it's been about three years since I've ordered from them so maybe their customer service has improved but after battling with them on a couple of occasions I swore I'd never use them again.

I cancelled my order with Triangle. Tried to get it ordered through my LBS, had no luck there either. Finally it seems that the folks at go-ride.com might have what I'm looking for. I called up, they said they have it in-stock. Let's see if it actually gets shipped.
