I mean, the evidence is certainly abundant.
WTAF?

"Trump's lawyers reiterated that the wording of Section Three does not apply to people running for president and that Trump technically did not swear an oath to "support" the Constitution. Instead, during his January 2017 inauguration, Trump swore to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution during his role as president."

What kind of infantile legal logic is this??

Yeah... but generally they aren't lawyers. These people making THIS argument are *presumably* lawyers, right? Some judge should give them all a good spanking for writing that sort of moranic horse shit.

she "very clearly" warned Trump that if he failed to fully comply -- but then swore he did -- "it's going to be a crime," according to sources familiar with the matter.

Sources said the lawyer, Jennifer Little, told investigators Trump "absolutely" understood the warning, which came during a pivotal meeting at Mar-a-Lago with Trump and another attorney,

So let me get this straight... people who *partcipated* in treason were treated unfairly during an active attempt at a coup?

Seems to me they're lucky they didn't get shot like the traitorous bastards they are. :disgust:
You gotta admit, the fucker has Chutzpah! Great example of a person with a certain type of power attempting to “Bend reality to his will”

Lots of other successful dictators, rulers, and kings have done this, and most were eventually brought down by it, either in their lifetimes, or with historical perspective. (But we all know some myths remain)

It isn't Chutzpah, he is communicating that those protesting against him will face violence, but those who oppose violence for him, will be punished.
