These cranks came standerd on a bike i've bought, i have had them before on a previous bike and they suck.

They have started coming loose a lot and it's a piss take having to tighten them all the time. Can anyone reccomend anything to keep them ''in''

I don't have any cash to buy a new crankset until next week. So need to survive with these some how...
