Howdy all. Academic morning so I'll try to get my Matlab on a bit before heading into work this afternoon.

I heard back yesterday from the Boise group with which I had interviewed, and the net result is that I will not be working for them come July. On the upside, I suppose, they actually decided to hire nobody, and will cover the (overnight) shifts I would have worked internally.

Morning Monkeys.

Cold and dry for the next few days. 27 when I left the house this morning, but as long as it's dry, I'm good with that. Unlike my old car, this one has a functional heater.

So I was thinking about my next trip, and in the last 7 years or so I've skied:

Alta
Snowbird
Deer Valley
Snowbasin
Park City Resort
Solitude
Canyons
Alpine Meadows
Homewood
Squaw Valley
Mt Rose
Kirkwood
Heavenly
Keystone
Beaver Creek
Copper Mountain
Breckenridge

That's some solid work right there.

Next trip you should consider Jackson, Targhee, Big Sky, and Bridger.

I thought you guys had A-Basin on the radar for this trip?

We were going to do A-Basin Friday but were just too tired to give a sh!t so we hit Keystone again. We may do a Colorado do-over next year to hit the places we missed (Vail, Winter Park, etc). Switzerland is also a possibility.

We're still on the fence with our Storm Chasing Trip 2014 coming up this weekend. We may be in Jackson and Big Sky if the $hit hits the fan there.

Or we could end up at Telluride or Silverton... or Crested Butte... or or or.
Bridger has cars lined up almost three miles down the road this past weekend, Big sky has been... well Big sky. Of course the best mountains there are on the private section. In your into the xc skiing, Hyalite has some absolutely awesome trails.
