Going to get some yard work done, pack up the med gear into the camper, NA beer for the weekend is already chilling in the camper fridge, then hit the gym and chill.
That is a clear indicator of the particular unit maintenance section's abilities, it usually transfers to the readiness and skill of the line units and command staff as well
The city engineer actually took me up on my offer to come look at the property so he could see what I was trying to relay in the drawings.
Keep in mind I am doing things prescriptively as opposed to engineered so it kind of rubs the engineer types the wrong way since they think a homeowner/builder doesn't know what they are doing.
After walking every square inch of the lots and chatting about the outcome he has came to the realization (As I was trying to explain) that we wont have an actual slope condition or pad dimension without moving dirt first to determine the next steps. So now he will issue a conditional permit as long as I adhere to the erosion mitigation guidelines and such.
At this point I will tackle the project when I get back from yellowstone since it will still take him a week to draw up the permit.
