@gonefirefightin nice CJ. Every now and then I think about getting a Jeep just for the abundance of parts - used, oem, performance, etc. Hunting for Trooper parts is aggravating anymore…

EDIT: amazing what happens when you type all of the words….

I was looking for a K5 blazer, Bronco and even a willys but this deal popped up on marketplace and it was too good of a deal to pass up even if I have to patch weld some cancer spots. I gave up looking for a decently priced XJ or even a square body, used car prices are getting cray cray since peeps arent buying new

Mmm... K5 Blazer is on my short list.

What it is Monkeys, what it is.

Woke up with butterflies in my stomach. They must be fluttering around where my motivation used to be.

I've decided to start pruning the roses this week. It's too bad my backhoe isn't back yet. That tool is the best rose pruner out there.

Yup. Back when I bought my Trooper, there’d be an easy dozen runners for under $1500 on Craigslist at any given time in Western OR. Now if I happen to see one, the seller wants north of $5k…typically for a total shitpile.

I also noticed recently that ARB no longer lists the locker for the Isuzu 12 bolt. I hope they have spare parts in stock.

Fun fact, every property aisde from my first condo that I've ever bought or sold I did myself with support from my lawyer. Saved 10s of thousands of monies.
Used an agent once, cause I didn't live in the duplex and was too busy to take care of the sale.

But what I was getting at is more a service like this: https://duproprio.com/en-ca/sell

You pay around $1k and get the professional pictures, website listing, and access to lawyers, notary, etc. You do the visits and contract.

We've sold 4 properties that way.

i'm confused, how is this *not* self care

schlepped 14yo around, picked an out of town patron up at the airport, visited for a while, then put her on a plane to ny. wife got back from her conference in orlando. consumed tacos. need to ride the bike real bad. also, after seeing the bill for ski/snowboard tune and wax, am determined to teach myself.

Just watched a couple in a car parked in front of my house just destroy what appeared to be a whole key lime pie in about 30 seconds. Neither napkins or utensils were utilized, lots of licking commenced.
