Here. Work and surely panicked calls are inbound. Conversation with MIL pending tonight about locking herself down in CA condo until death virus has swept the Bay Area.

And I'm wide fucking awake at 1:20am... Fucking 94% chocolate and caffeine.

Good morning my cherubs!

Fiddled with my bike last night. Moved the stem up and the saddle back, hoping to improve my posture and hand discomfort. I shall verify and validate these changes this weekend.

Corona precautions are intensifying here in Denmark and more people has contracted it. No panic but people are taking it serious and trying to do what they can to avoid it. I want to put myself in quarantine as I have plenty of stuff to do in the garden and around the house :-)

nothing to report here. Slept like a baby. 35 rolls of TP in stock. Freezing rain overnight. I need glitter in my life.

haven't ventured to the grocery store yet but I'm anxious to see if I can still buy TP.

Trying to get a beer with my old boss, this is like pulling teef. LOL no wonder I bailed.

'Morning, friends! So a guy I know who probably falls into the "casual friend" category just got popped for child pr0n. Oof...not a good look. Mandatory 15 year minimum sentence. That has been my excitement for this morning.

Hannah woke me up 45min ago in a screaming temper tantrum. I had to walk away or she'd be stuck to the wall right now . Add to that my coffee maker doesn't work because it needs to be descaled and I'm ready to fucking kill someone.

$6 every 4 months vs. a lot of money? Math says option 1.
you're not looking at the whole equation. for us it made a lot of sense. the water in my region is *very high* on the hardness scale. to the point it shortens appliance life if you don't treat it.

case in point: 2 years ago i almost panicked that i'd have to replace my water heater when i stopped working. after diagnosing it, i discovered the bottom 10" or so was just buried in mineral deposits because our water is so hard. took me hours to clean out. thankfully i only had to replace the heating elements.

After 2 years of self inflicted Idaho rental home rehab I don't actually ride bikes anymore, I'm just here for the spam...

But I've put Ergon grips on all my bikes and while I would still get the numbs on occasion I do like them

Spent the last week trying to become CV patient zero in MT by licking turnstiles on the DC/NY metro/subway and watching my beloved Terps back their way into a 3 way tie for 1st in the B10-ty roundball conference championship...

My days of poverty and two Idaho homes are ending tomorrow as we're selling our bigger house today and I hope to invest some of our $120k in capital gains in just two short years (thx Obummer) in N+1.

But will likely wait til fall given my aversion to paying retail for anything (27.5+ which would be my first non26er.)

I wonder if ridegg ever has factory seconds for sale on the down low??

Holy Shit show Monkeys.

So the pipe I found wasn't it, but the right one is right next to it and there is an elbow about a foot away from the blockage. I ran out of gas last night after finding out the other pipe is fine. At least I am 90% sure this time.

Picked up an “easy” file yesterday afternoon. Digging through it today, I realized there was an unresolved $1.5 million issue hanging around from last year. Finally got that shoved off my desk.
