You got the Soma already?

I rode in to work super early in semi-dark, damp weather since we were supposed to have a department photo. The photographer didn't show up.

The darkness did inspire me to order up a bike light, though, and perhaps later today I'll order new wheels for the commuter. If my wife's going to spend my money anyway I might as well spend it before she gets to it, right?

Bike is reasonably de-pooed. It took me forever to shake a broken nipple out of the rim (poor @Full Trucker had to endure the noise for 80+ miles), spoke has been re-installed and now on to truing. Before that happens, I am gonna do the first night ride of the fall on the SS bike in a few minutes.

Got a short ride in after working in the hot sun for 3.5 hours. I'm a ginger, so that's like 24 hours in a tanning bed for the non-pigment challenged. But getting a butt load of exterior trim work repaired and painted.
