lol that is a good point I will do so when I look at it Monday. Lower by 150,000 USD of course. I don't what to confuse the Americans more than my broken English is already by talking different currency. Its a +4000 SF house in Copenhagen so it not cheap. Room enough to for 1 or 2 apartment so I can generate some rental income.
