It burns , it burns......hell of a days workout. ran up 1100 stairs (and back down), walked 7.25 miles did 35 minutes of intervals on the elliptical and 2 rotations on the weight machine (12 exercises at the max weight I can push or pull for 20 reps each set) plus 100 sit ups with an 85 pounds of weight on my back. I am sipping a cold one and my muscles are still twitching......

So yesterday my kitchen sink decided to backfill in both sides and flood my place and the lady below me. After plumbers came to fix what ever caused that and clean up the mess, i noticed there was still leaking and my place was still filling with water. I discovered a hole in the drain pipe and what what was draining out of the sink was filling my dinning room. Got the plumbers back today while i was at work, and this was their fix. What do yall think about this? It does work, but does not seem like it should have been the correct fix. Looks like the spot to the right is about to break free. I should also mention the water was leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment via her lights. Stove and dining room lights were leaking water. She said he has a spot in her ceiling she can push thats filled with water.
Bonus. Many months ago, i think in November, the seal in my upstairs neighbors shower went bad and leaked in my master bathroom shower. The seal was fixed and drywall above my shower was cut to be replaced. Fast forward to now and the hole is still there, atleast one reminder a month to the front office. They told me their handyman cant fix it because reasons and they need to get a specialist here. Im also concerened with the rotted away piece of wood. Makes me wonder how many moar are like that. While im ranting, my fridge light has also been out for about 7 months and still nothing with that. They wont even give me a bulb for me to do it. Going to refuse to pay rent due to breach of contract.

The world confuses me. I just got my tax stuff from my accountant. Last year, my first full year of retirement, I reported income of about my peak annual income when employed. This year, it's 2x. I owe the feds and the state quite a few thousand dollars.
