Q: Can you add more oil than 80mm from the top ??

Q:If i bottom out "not bad" but i hear it, on one of the biggest drops using MEDIUM springs-should i change to firms??
*Fork works killer everywhere else except on the Big drops.
I have the maximum recommemded oil level at 80mm.....
Q:Another Question:
How often should you unscrew the top caps to purge the air out ??

75mm is the MAX that is recommended from the top. You can also try heavier springs.

I had to get these fancy little washers from Marzocchi that you place 2 of them under each preload knob and that stops the rattle. They were cheap, but they are definately much much thinner than any washer you could find in a store.
