Does anyone have any advice for tuning up an '05 sherman flick +?

I've done some reading on fork tuning and in general I've learned that 1st you adjust the preload to get the right sag, then the rebound, and then the compression. I can't figure out from the owner's manual if there is a preload adjustment, its obviously not external. Am I just stuck with the sag I've got? Or do I need to go inside and tweak something?

Also, I had the spring changed from medium to firm. I'm thinking maybe I should have gone with the extra-firm though. Are there any tricks to get the fork a little stiffer feeling before I go to an even stiffer spring? assuming rebound/compression settings don't do the job? I'm thinking heavier oil would help slow the damping and make it feel a little stiffer/less bouncy - which brings me to my next question...

What should the oil level be? Its not listed in the owner's manual and there is not an '05 service manual online yet. Maybe its the same as the '04?

Thanks for your help...
