Hanging out with Madelyn today. She starts school tomorrow. Planning to go for a mtb ride and watch Inside out 2.
Currently in a hotel that’s 0.2 miles from the trail but isn’t near anything food wise. Trying to get a shuttle to another town with better options to wait out the storm.

We've got some really shitty weather coming tomorrow and Saturday, so I dragged my ass out of bed at FOUR FRIKKIN THIRTY this morning to get my 16 mile run done. 
So I didn't eat anything then ran 16 miles and then didn't eat for another hour, so now I've finally eaten but feeling pretty wiped out.

wife got home with my youngest yesterday. his behaviour and attitude have gotten horrible over the summer break. I woke up to them fighting over screen time... lovely. so I biked to the office to try and get a little work done.

Goal today is to fabricate a soldering station with custom built exhaust fan. I already have a hole in my wall. I have an old 4" inline exhaust fan that someone traded me a long time ago. It's going to be awesome.
